Hi, I have OL 2003, and I have two problems that just started
happening.
1) When I close Outlook via the X in the top right or the EXIT option
in the file menu, Outlook seems to close. However, the icon stays in
the systray, and it's evidently STILL checking my mail. When I exit the
app, I expect to have completely exited, and I don't want it checking
my mail! How can I fix this? No, "hide when minimised" is not checked.
2) My Favourite Folders are randomly changing what's listed in there,
and I seem unable to control this. Yesterday, it added Calendar and
Contacts to the fave folders, and I couldn't remove them. Today,
Contact is gone, Calendars is still there, and I can't click on "sent
items" as it does nothing. It's like it doesn't see it there. What
happened, and how can I keep this from changing? How do I get Calendars
out of there?
