I have tried repeatedly to customize my inbox form. I go to view, customize
current folder and change the font type and size.
The change occurs, but then when I close outlook and reopen the changes are
lost.
The same seems to happen with the reading pane. Outlook doesn't remember
if it's on or off when I close.
