Outlook doesn't send my messages

I'm trying to use outlook with my hotmail id. It's been
working fine for a year, and now it's not sending messages
but I get no notice that the messages are not sent. It
also seems to be very intermittent, some people get
messages and others do not.

When I send from the msn hotmail site, people get their
messages with out a problem.

My only option is to stop using outlook.

What version of Outlook and what did you recently install/uninstall?

It's Outlook Express 5. But I didn't recently install or
uninstall anything prior to having the problem. NOW I've
tried other identities, etc...

All of the sudden... No one is getting my emails. I am
using outlook express to get to my hotmail emails. I
receive the emails fine. And it looks like it sends my
emails just fine, but everyone is telling me they are not
receiving the emails I send. I've started a new account
with Yahoo. And when I send emails from Outlook/hotmail,
they never show up on my yahoo account. When I send them
directly from the hotmail website, they arrive just fine.

I'm assuming the issue is the HTTP Server URL, but I can't
find anywhere, information on MSN as to what it should
be. It's up to Outlook to fill that information in. I
can't find it anywhere, so that I can type it in manually.

HELP!!! I"m about to give up on outlook.
Thank you,
Sondra
