Outlook doesn't want to sent email to more than 10 email addresses

Every time I send email to 15 email addresses at once, 5 doesn't get sent.
"Too many recipients". How do I change that setting? Please help.

That is not controlled by the mail agent (MS Outlook in your case), but by
the SMTP message submission server. You will need to contact your E-mail
Service Provider to see if they have an optional level of service (probably
for extra money) which allows more recipients.
