I have a user with Outlook at home and over the weekend he tried to
save a message in the Drafts folder and had the message "Outlook has
saved a copy of this message in your Drafts Folder" and the user
clicked Yes to save.
Of course the message wasn't saved and the user is mad. This user has
a cable modem and VPN's to the office connecting to an exchange server
2003. He is using Outlook XP (2002). I'm thinking the VPN
disconnected.
Any ideas?
I did find this article but user doesn't want to use Word to type
Outlook messages.
