Outlook Drop Down Menu

I have an extreemly frustrating time with the drop down
menus in Outlook 2000. They drop at a snail's pace. I
have another user that experiences the same thing. I've
change PCs so it must be something in my profile on the
server. Any Suggestions?

I experienced that when I was using a Diamond video card. I replaced the
video card and all was fine then. IIRC, the slowness was only if I had any
of the "menu effects" enabled or if I was expanding a sub-menu from a menu,
regardless of effects being on or off.

That was it! turned off "animate menus" and viola! u da
man!
