Outlook e-mail composing shouldn't slow down with mouse over a li.

I'm using Office Outlook 2003 (11.6359.6360) SP1.

I started composing a mail within the Outlook editor. The letters did not
appear as quickly as I was typing them. They stuttered out, and after enough
were missing, they would all appear. The problem looks to be that the mouse
was hovering over a link in the preview pane in the background. A tooltip
floated around, telling the actual content of the hyperlink (a mailto in this
case). Each keypress seemed to cause the tooltip to refresh, at the expense
of my typing.

Outlook shouldn't have trouble dealing with typing. It really made my
over-reliance on the backspace key tough to deal with.
