Outlook e-mail templates are too hard to use - should be easy.

Creating an e-mail template in Outlook 2003 was easy and intuitive (like
other Office and Windows programs). However, getting to the template was not
easy or intuitive. There are too many steps and the templates are called
"forms". Why is this, when you save a "template"? I did a search in Outlook
help for templates (using various search strings) and it returned nothing
useful - only one entry even mentioned templates (and that just told me where
they are saved on the hard drive). (Yes, there was an entry for Forms, but
the description in this would steer you away and still doesn't lead you to
how to use these.) Something so simple turned out to be so difficult. I had
to go online and search the MS KB to find out how to do a mundane operation
in an Office product. Ridiculous!
