Outlook E-Mail

I have been sending and receiving e-mail without a hitch all day.
Then, all of a sudden I have lost the Send button on my e-mail page.
I can open a new e-mail message and draft the message and work and make
attachements, but I cannot SEND the message because the send button is
missing.

I have tried closing Outlook and reopening.
I have also rebooted the computer.

How do I recover the Send Button?
