Outlook E-mail

Help!!!!!
We've just changed over to XP and I can't seem to be able
to attached other e-mails to an e-mail (insert, items etc
etc). Does anyone know why, I use Word as the e-mail
editor could that be the reason why ?

Press the little downarrow on the paperclip icon to attach an item.
