Outlook e-mail

When accessing outlook on my 2 computers the inbox of each computer contain
different e-mails. How do you synchronize the e-mails for both computers???

That would completely depend on the email account type and version of
Outlook that you are using.
Assuming POP3; in your account settings you can configure the option to
leave a copy on the server for x days.
