Outlook email addresses

Sue

I have my email addressess in groups. When I send it the recipient gets all
the individual address. How can I stop this.
I want to be able to send to a lot of people, but not have everyones address
visible.

Need some help here.

Thanks

Sue

When you send a message to a group of people, instead of putting the group
name next to the "To..." button, click on the "To..." button and the Select
Names window will open. Find your group name and click the "Bcc..." button.
This will hide all the names/addresses. You may also need to put one name in
the To... area - I usually just put mine there.

Outlook does not use groups. Convince us you are using Outlook and not some
other program by station your version.
