Hi , how can i set up an auto reply to emails with a specific subject line
with my own text answer and not out of office rply?

Mate. Make a rule. If you tell us your VERSION we can tell you exactly how.
As you haven't I can give some more general info only.

Make a Rule with an action to Reply using Specific Template. You'll need to
make a Word template with the reply text in it.
