outlook email disappears after reading it from inbox

New mail will arrive to the inbox I open it and when it is closed it
disappears. It dose not got to deleted file it cannot be found in any
folders. I when through email options and could not find any related commands
to shut this off

Change you view to show all items; not just unread items.
