Outlook Email Hyperlinks problems.

I dont know what I have done but I cannot click a link on email as it keeps
taking me to a box saying "locate link browser" with "file name" wanting
filled in. When I hover over the link it says blocked before the link
address. Is this some setting that I can remove as it means that I am unable
to click on any hyperlinks.
