Outlook Email Question

I would like to prevent Outlook from affixing ">" to the
beginning of each line of the text of the previous email
when I respond to same. Cannot find answer in HELP.
THANKS, TPS PLEASE RESPOND TO [email protected]. I am
not familiar with this newsgroup.
