Outlook email showing up in Excel - Would like to remove

We have an Excel file that now has the email send to and subject boxes right
below the tool bars. Can't seem to find a way to turn it of.

file-send to-mail recipient
effectively this deselects the mail to info just as it added it before
sometimes it seems to add it without the operator actually doing anything.
note you may have to use one of the other send-to options, it seem to
require the exact one which activated the send to component
