Outlook + Email

I am not sure if this is the correct forum for this question, so I might
be posting it on different ones.

Is there some way to configure the email system in Outlook where the
only emails that come to my "in" box are from those people in my address
book and those not in my address book, those emails go to a "trash"
folder for me to look at later?

Yes, you can accept only mail from people in your address book. It's one of
the junk email options in Outlook 2003 and 2007. You can also use rules, I
think all versions offer a condition of 'in this address book'.
