Outlook email

Help! Out of the blue, when I click on an email to open it, Outlook totally
locks up and stops running. If I use the drop down menu to open the email
everything works fine. I've run Norton Virus Windoctor, removed and
reinstalled ALL Office software and nothing helps. Nothing has changed in my
Profile, no new add-ins that i know of and I've downloaded all patches and
updates. Everything else in Outlook runs perfectly. Following is info from
the Event Viewer:

This is the same msg that occurs everytime. I've done everything i can to
clean the system up but nothing helps.

Try creating a new mail profile - it sounds like yours is corrupted.

I can't believe this has been going on for 48 hours. Any other
