When you recieve an email from a person in your contact data base, can you
send that email to the contact data to be stored with the emails you sent to
them.

If i send an email to you it saves that email in your contact information
area. When you reply to my email i would like to save it in the same area
instead of of just a folder. so when i pull up that contact it will show all
the emails that have been sent and recieved>

Care to explain yourself a bit more. What exactly do you want to store
where?
Also, include some Outlook configuration information.

It is not stored in the contact information; the Activities section is a
search query being performed. Depending on the size of your mailbox, this
query will take some time but eventually the Inbox items should be listed as
well.

No it doesn't. Contact folders can only hold contacts. Message folders can
hold messages.

Sounds like you want to use the Journal folder.
