Sorry, I've learned a bit about this feature by reading other posts so I can
re-phrase my question.
I am using Outlook 2003 and my autocomplete dropdown menu cache has stopped
storing newly emailed Contacts. Newly emailed contacts stay in the
autocomplete window for the day that I email them but they are not there the
next day. IT has renamed the autocomplete cache and set up a new one, but the
problem remains. The autocomplete function worked from 2003 to 2008, but
stopped working about 2 months ago. Any suggestions? Dave
