Outlook email

Suddenly I am unable to send email from outlook. The email goes into my out
box and stays there. Even if I hit send receive again it will not send. I
am able to receive email but cannot forward or send any email. Any advise?

Difficult without knowing OL version or mail type
perhaps you are able to use the Test Accounts option & report any err.msgs
