I can send outgoing emails to all my contacts except one
city governmental agency - would the problem be with my
IS, Outlook or the recipient? They are returned
with "delivery failed" by [email protected]
(ever heard of them?). I've tried to resolve this by
contacting the IS, webpage designer, telephone
communications company and the government agency
involved - any suggestions of why this is occuring and
how to fix it would be GREATLY appreciated!
