Hi,
I am using Outlook2003 (NB not Outlook Express) - but when I am sent an email
that has an email as attachment, it is called "ATT?????.eml" and does not
view properly (has header info in email body with other garbage characters).
Used to work 100% fine a week ago - possibly something / setting has changed
and not sure what it is (I have not installed anything new in the last week
other than automatic Window Updates)?
I know Outlook uses .msg, but what is changing the email attachment to .eml?
If the email attached has say a xls attached to it, the xls also is not
there and the email body has lots of ###///// characters etc in it (but size
of email indicates attachement is there...).
Some other threads indicated that "Google Desktop Search" should be
uninstalled - I have not had this installed - so this is not my problem.
Also have tested same email sent to another Outlook 2003 recipient is
received fine by them, so problem must be on my side.
Any ideas? Is most frustrating....
Thanks in advance
