OUTLOOK ERROR 550

HI all,
I am using Microsoft Outlook XP and I m getting the
following error:
"Your message did not reach some or all of the intended
recipients.

Subject: FW: Mailing
Sent: 9/15/2004 2:21 PM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'[email protected]' on 9/15/2004 2:21 PM
550 not local host hotmail.com, not a gateway"

Sounds like you're using a non-Hotmail account to try sending a message a
Hotmail message. What type of account are you using to send the message and
does the sender address domain match the domain of the SMTP server the
account is trying to use? Are you properly authenticating to that outgoing
server?
