Outlook Error: can not send test e-mail

I am trying to configure MS Outlook XP to check an e-mail box at yahoo
and I keep getting an error that says "can not send test e-mail check
e-mail address" when I test the settings. But the e-mail address is
correct and when I type in the same settings on my lap top the account
settings test runs without errors.

Please help...
