Outlook Error Message When Starting Outlook

Hi:

When I start Outlook 2002, and when login to my POP3
account, the following message is displayed:

"A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have
stored in Outlook".

I have Norton Internet Security 2004. I've disabled it
but the message appears. I don't know what is happening
or what is causing this message to appear.
