Outlook error message

I have just configured Outlook to receive e-mail instead of using Onetel
Mailzone via IE(as I am having trouble with logging into that site).The error
is 0x800ccc0f--can anyone assist please?

Typically caused by failure to authenticate to the outgoing server or by
using an antivirus program to scan incoming mail.
