outlook error message

Subject: From: "Lee" <[email protected]>



When I open Outlook I get error message: C:\documents and
settings\defualt\appication data\microssoft\addins\'is
not a valid office addin.

What can I do to correct this so it doesn't appear each
time I open outlook
