Outlook error message

I have a user with Outlook 2000. He can't move or delete
email. The error message is 'Message interface has
returned an unknown error message'. All patches have been
installed, system has been restarted, and we're running
Exchange Server 2000. Any solutions out there it will be
greatly appreciated.
