Outlook error message

I get an error message when replying or forwarding a
message in outlook. "Outlook has caused an error in
<unknown> Outlook will now close." Has anyone seen this
before and if so how did they fix it? I have removed
outlook from the computer and reinstalled and the problem
still exists.
