Outlook error message

I tried to intall XP - stupidly not realising that it is a
one time load only - reintalled Windows 2000 and it
intalled fine except that when I try to use Outlook I get
the following error message: Line 299 Char 1 Library not
registered code 0 out day;//

I can't send or receive. Is there a fix for this? Thanks.
