Outlook Error - Roady

Dear Roady,

I have a problem on of the user's pc OL2000, whenever I
type a mail, or forward or reply I am getting a message
like "Outlook generated an unknown error, if this happen
then restart Outlook". I have repaired outlook several
times still it is appearing. This error message is not
very frequent but some time once or twice a day.

OL2000 sp1

How can I solve this ?

Hi Anver,

Are you using Word or Outlook as the e-mail editor?
Also note that Outlook 2000 has a Service Pack 3 as well and additional
hotfixes.

Email editor is outlook only, can I know what kind of
patch after sp3. You mean after installing these patches
the problem can be solved.

What is logged to the Event Viewer regarding the crash?
