Outlook error when starting

Hi. OUtlook is opening very slowly, then I get this
error:
The instruction at "0x68899a56" referenced memory
at "0x01880424". The memory could not be "read".

I did a system restore and this happened. Tried another
restore and still get this. Can anyone help?

This issue is related with MSN Messenger. See if the error goes away when
you reinstall MSN Messenger
