outlook error

Using outlook 2003, I received the following message:
Error signature
s2AppB=Name; szAppVer 0.0.0.0 szModName:
hungapp szModVer 0.0.0.0 offset 0000000000

Outlook became unresponsive and shut down. Does anyone
have a fix for this?
