We are running Exchange 2000 in our domain, and when we
take one of our domain controllers off line, Outlook 2002
stops retrieving mail, and complains that it is unable to
retrieve mail from the domain controller (which has never
been a mail server). There are now MX records pointing
to the domain controller as a mail server. Any ideas
about a cause or resolution?
