Outlook errors on execusion

Outlook 2000 installed on XP Pro machine. Has worked fine
for two years. Now when executing the program it errors,
asks to send report to Microsoft, and closes. I have
reinstalled from original disk, checked for mydoom and
other viruses/worms, and cleaned spyware. Any ideas
appreciated.
