Outlook errors

When ever I start up my PC Outlook will give me this error. "There was a
problem reading on or more of your reminders. Some reminders may not appear.
Cannot locate recurrence information for this appointment

Try starting Outlook one time with the /cleanreminders switch.

Start->run->outlook.exe /cleanreminders (note the space after .exe)
