I am running Vista Home and Office SBE 2003.
The Outlook EULA comes up whenever I open Outlook.
I read a May 2008 post on this topic which said right click on the shortcut
and select run as administrator, but when I rightclick on the shortcut that
menu choice does not appear. I am logged in as an administrator anyway.
How do I fix this problem?
