There is a post below taht asks the same question, however the answer in
microsoft.public.outlook is not the answer.
I saw a post below and have the exact same problem. There is a registry
entry that must be added. I had it but lost it. It is driving me and my
users nuts having to fill in username, password and domain every time we
start outlook.
