When one of our users opens outlook 2000-sp3 on her winxp sp2 machine, she'll
click send/receive, complete that, then close outlook, and she gets the
following message:
the instruction at "0x76f9117c" refereneced memory at "0x000e155c'. The
memory could not be 'read'
Have tried many times to fix this, using suggestions from this site as well
as ms support site. None of the fixes listed there have worked. Have
re-created the user profile on the machine as well as the .pst file. Have
already completely removed office, and reinstalled. Ran officeupdate, have
ALL the updates, and have run out of thoughts.
Any ideas? It seems this is a common problem, but it also seems that either
people who have the solution aren't sharing, or no-one knows how to fix it.
Thanks
