OUTLOOK.EXE - Bad Image. Problem

Recently I receive this message anytime I open outlook or
any other program. Any ideas? I updated my outlook with
the one update on the windows website.
OUTLOOK.EXE - Bad Image. The application or DLL
C:\WINDOWS\System32\msimtf.dll is not a valid Windows
image. Please check this against your installation
diskette.
