Outlook.exe continues to run

After closing MS Outlook using the X, Outlook.exe
contiues to run and shows in the processes list in the
task manager. When the computer is shut down, I get an
error message that tells me that outlook is still running
and I nedd to wait for it to shut down.

Any Help?

Can you give me some more details whether any other
Outlook Based Application is Running???
Is there any Com Add In Running. etc

Meanwhile, try Running FixMapi.exe twice.

There should be no other outlook based programs running,
unless outlook is starting something else without my
knowledge.

What is FixMapi.exe? What does it do?

Ok just checked, I do have an add in, but not a com add
in. Chapura runs with outlook to sync with my palm.
