I have a new Dell with Office factory installed. After opening and closing
Outlook, then clicking "Turn off" computer, I get the message "Ending Program
- Please Wait" followed by the message "End Program - Outlook.exe This
Program is not responding". If I have opened and closed Outlook multiple
times before turning off my computer, I get multiple copies of the
aforementioned messages.

It may be that you have an add-in or other application that accesses Outlook
and doesn't let it close gracefully.
