I do a lot of my work through email. I have a problem that important
email threads sometimes trail off and die before the problem is solved.
Ideally, when composing an email I could click "expecting response by
_____" and select a date, and it would alert me if a response wasn't
received by then so I could follow up.
I realize I can flag a message for followup by a certain date, which is
great, except normally the other person does respond, so I don't need a
reminder any more. I would like the followup to be cleared
automatically if a response is received before the due date.
Is it possible on Outlook 2003 SP2? I can't upgrade (not my call).
