Outlook Express and Outlook are two TOTALLY dissimilar programs despite the
similar names. As I see you are using the horrible web interface instead of
a proper news reader, look under Internet Explorer for the appropriate group
for your version of Outlook Express.

Good luck.

Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup.

Here is the root of your nightmare:

| X-Newsreader: Microsoft CDO for Windows 2000

This means that you are accessing this group with a web browser (probably MS
Internet Explorer). I really hate the web access; it is "finishing with
errors" when I click on the link that *should* go to the correct group.
Using a news client is so much easier! So, for today, since the system isn't
working, no web link to the proper forum. Use:

news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress

Either link will take you to an MSOE newsgroup through your default news
reader. You should be asked if you wish to subscribe to the group.
