Outlook Express 6.1

My operating system is WIN98SE, and OE version is 6.1. Outlook express will
not delete incoming messages.

1) There is no such thing as Outlook Express V6.1, as far as know.
2) Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup like
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general . This
newsgroup is for Office Outlook.
