outlook express 6 to outlook express 2000

how do I transfer my address book from one computer
running outlook express 6 to my new computer running
outlook express 2000.

There is no such Outlook Express version as 2000...did you mean Outlook
2000, or did you mean some other version of OE?

OK, that's better :) You will need to first copy your Outlook Express
data from the old machine to the new one and set it up in OE there. (If
you need help with this, check http://insideOE.tomsterdam.com.) Once
that's done, you can export the data from OE to Outlook on the new
machine.
