please hlep. when i open outlook express, i can see my e-mails and
read them on the right viewer. however, when i try to open it, i get a
message that says it is unable to open the e-mail. the same message
appears when i try to open my address book. it also states that
perhaps it was not properly installed. i can not send any e-mails
either. i can go to comcast and handle my e-mails but not through
outlook express. at times it wants me to install microsoft business
2000 snall business, which i do not have. this all happened as a
result of my upgrading my windows 98 to windows 2000 pro with a cd an
associate gave me at work. can you help me?
