OUTLOOK EXPRESS 6

If anybody can help me out it would be great. I attempted to build
another email box an have it attached to my name same as my original mail
box.
That's when the problems started. If I try to open my account now it
refuses, I also get a box asking for my password and it wont accept anything
I input. Then it will give me two error messages, 0X800CCC90 and
OX800CCC92. I have deleted my account and rebuilt it, I have tried to
change my password and numerous other options to no avail. Also, it will
let me send out email but not receive any, It also does not want me to
switch identifies. Could somebody help me.
